Quote Requests Are Not Bookings
Submitting a form, uploading photos, or chatting with a website assistant is a request for information or an estimate, not an accepted order, confirmed appointment, or binding service contract. Caspian Haulers must review the details and separately confirm availability, scope of work, and pricing.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate may depend on the number, type, weight, and volume of items; labor; stairs and access; loading conditions; distance; disposal fees; and other relevant circumstances. If the actual job differs from the information provided, pricing or availability may change. Any final service price must be agreed upon before work begins.
Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate descriptions, photos, pickup addresses, and access details, and tell us about stairs, parking restrictions, elevators, difficult access, unusually heavy objects, or other conditions that could affect safety or price. You must have the authority to request removal of the items and permission to access the property. Please secure personal valuables and sensitive records before any agreed pickup.
Materials We Do Not Accept Through Standard Requests
Do not include paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, pesticides, regulated medical waste, suspected asbestos, explosives, or other hazardous or prohibited materials in a standard junk removal request. Acceptance of appliances, electronics, mattresses, or other regulated items depends on applicable rules and available lawful disposal or recycling options. We may decline any item or job that cannot be handled safely or legally.
Scheduling, Cancellation, and Payment
An appointment is scheduled only when Caspian Haulers confirms it directly. Prices, payment methods, any deposit, and cancellation or rescheduling terms will be provided as part of the agreed service arrangements. The online quote form does not collect payment or reserve a pickup window by itself.
Website Information and Availability
We work to keep information current, but service descriptions, service areas, website availability, and estimates may change. We may suspend or update the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Permitted Use
Do not use the website to submit false requests, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security protections, or overload the service. You are responsible for information you submit.
Website Assistance
